Careers
These are proposed role profiles, not confirmed vacancies. The benefits listed are suggestions for a future employment package, not current promises; actual openings, requirements, pay, and benefits must be confirmed in a written job posting or offer.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing asbestos removal properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in asbestos removal or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
Roles We Hire For
We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

Asbestos Project Supervisor
A proposed supervisory role for someone who can turn an approved scope into clearly communicated daily responsibilities. The supervisor would be expected to raise concerns rather than allow a deadline to replace a required decision.
Qualifications
- Hold current Massachusetts supervisor credentials appropriate to the work before assignment.
- Demonstrate relevant supervisory experience through verifiable work history.
- Read project documents and communicate responsibilities in plain language.
- Maintain organized records and recognize when a changed condition requires escalation.

Careful listening, accurate notes, and respectful communication would matter more than using industry jargon.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, administration, or property-service coordination.
- Write clear emails and maintain accurate project records.
- Handle customer and property information with care.
- Recognize technical questions that must be referred to an appropriately qualified professional.
